If replacing, do you need us to remove an old hot tub first?
*

Not Sure/Undecided
Having additional sources of heat can help zero in on the best mini-split system. Example: A wood stove is in the home and can help offset the heat needed from a mini-split system.

You're doing the electrical
You have an electrician already
You need us to recommend one
Since we are not electricians, either the homeowner or a licensed electrician must hook power to the new hot tub
Is there a clear path for the hot tub to go into place?
*
Yes
Might Need a Crane
Not Sure
The hot tub is moved in the upright position. Typically a 40" wide path and 8' of height clearance is ideal. Sometimes a crane has to be used on steep hills or when setting on upper decks, etc.

Photos and/or videos say a thousand words and we put heavy emphasis on getting them.
We have found that a short, smooth video from the driveway into the backyard is the best way to understand the route the tub needs to take to get into your backyard. This typically takes 15 - 20 seconds.
You do not need to speak during the video unless you want to.
