As a key player, you'll orchestrate inspections, provide exceptional customer service, and use multiple cloud services to maintain organization in our pre-construction and post-construction aspects of our business.

Salary:
$35,000 - $50,000 + per year. DOE.
Schedule:
- 8 hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Pay Period: bi-weekly
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain a tidy and inviting store appearance to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Enter in bills and expenses using Quickbooks.
- Apply for permits and schedule inspections across multiple counties & cities.
- Stay in touch with clients after the job is completed and work with them to schedule inspections for a time that works best for them.
- Use Synchrony to assist clients in applying for financing.
- Keep pricing current on product
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with computers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of products and the ability to convey information to customers.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Must be physically able to lift the occasional heavy objects (50lbs. and up)
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Experience:
- Computer Skills (Required)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience in Sales
- Customer relations
- Having forklift driving skills is a plus.
- Having construction experience is a plus.
- Having HVAC experience is a plus.
Must haves:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Cell Phone
- Must be drug free.
- Must have a safe and incident free driving record in the last three years.
- Must be English literate.
- Must be well organized with clean work habits.
- Must have good references and contacts from previous or current job.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
