Since each home is unique and homeowner's needs vary, each estimate we create is equally different and specific.
1. Give a verbal ball park quote to give an idea of costs. These numbers include the labor and Mitsubishi product. It does not include electrical. (1-zone system $6,500+) (2-zone system $9,500+) (3-zone system $12,000+) (4-zone system $16,500+)
2. There are many variables that will affect the final quote. Difficulty of install, insulation value of home, elevation of home (for example: climate in Bingen is a lot different than Parkdale), other sources of heat, desired comfort level.
3. A fixed bid can only be given upon doing a site visit. Through photos/videos a close quote can be given without one.
