   If you purchased the unit from us and live outside our service area of 45 miles from Hood River, we can provide the parts and you will need to provide the labor.

    Stove Repair Form

    A lot of gas heaters have remote control thermostats that operate off battery power. 
    Batteries under/in the unit typically get overlooked and tend to fix most issues. 
    Please replace batteries in the remote (transmitter) and the receiver (typically a black box under the heater) before submitting a Service Request.

    ​For units that have been installed for some time, and you now have smoke issues, we recommend that you have the chimney cleaned prior to submitting a Service Request to us. 
    We recommend Willard Power Vac for your chimney sweep needs.
